We offer four advertising packages:

- Half Page Ad (£35/month): Half page space with images, logo, and full description
- Full Page Ad (£65/month): Full page premium placement with multiple images
- Front/Back Cover (£100/month): Maximum visibility on front or back cover
Currently, we operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. However, we occasionally run promotional offers such as "Buy 2 Months, Get 1 FREE" for new customers. Keep an eye on our website and Facebook group for updates on special offers.
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay. Our pricing is completely transparent with no additional charges, setup fees, or surprises.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Simply contact us with your request, and we'll adjust your advertising from the next billing cycle.
Payment & Billing
We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods. When you submit your inquiry, we'll discuss payment options that work best for you.
Payment is due before publication of each monthly issue. We'll send you an invoice with payment details and clear deadlines for each month.
No refunds will be provided once an advertisement has been published. However, you can cancel for the following month at any time. We encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns before your first publication.
Yes, you can pay for multiple months upfront if you prefer. Just contact us to arrange this, and we'll provide you with an invoice for the full amount.
Cancellation & Contracts
No, absolutely not. All our packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You're completely free to cancel at any time.
To cancel, simply contact us via our contact form or Facebook group before your next billing cycle. We'll process your cancellation immediately.
You should cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. There's no penalty fee—you simply won't be included in the next booklet.
Yes, you can pause your advertising for a month and restart whenever you're ready. Just let us know, and we'll arrange this for you.
Content & Submission
You should submit your content at least 5 business days before publication. This gives us time to review, make any necessary adjustments, and prepare the booklet for distribution.
Yes! Design assistance is available for Half Page and Full Page packages. We can help you create professional-looking ads or work with your existing designs. Standard Listings use our template format.
Late submissions may be held for the following month's issue. Contact us immediately if this happens, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if possible.
Changes can be made for the next monthly issue. Once the current booklet is published, we can update your ad for the following month. Just contact us with your changes.
Distribution & Reach
Our digital booklet is distributed to 11,000+ members in our Facebook group. While we can't guarantee individual viewing, the reach is significant within the Staffordshire business community. The actual engagement depends on factors like your ad placement, design, and the relevance of your offer.

The booklet is published monthly. Publication dates are confirmed in advance, and we'll let you know the exact schedule for each month when you sign up.

We don't accept ads containing illegal products/services, offensive content, misleading claims, pyramid schemes, weapons, tobacco, or adult material. All ads must comply with Facebook community standards and UK advertising laws.
Placement is based on your package tier. Front/Back Cover packages get prime positioning. For other placements, we do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
